Please contact us for a quote for shipping to other countries or for faster methods of shipping. Our shipping charges include delivery confirmation and insurance for the value of the item. Combined shipping for multiple-item orders (in order to save money over the per-item charge) is only done if the items can be safely and securely packed. We will let you know if this can be done.

PURCHASING
Please contact us to confirm the box you want is still available. While we try to keep the availability current, a box pictured here as available may have recently been sold. In this case, we would be glad to discuss making a similar box, keeping in mind that since all our boxes are handcrafted, it won't be exactly like the first one.
Please note that 7.0% sales tax will be added to orders shipped to Georgia addresses.
We accept personal checks and Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards. Credit/debit card information may be provided by phone, mail or email. We accept money orders, but only if purchased from the US Post Office, please.
RETURNS
Obviously, we hope and believe you will love your box so much that you won't want to part with it! However...........
Since you can’t pick up and touch the box on the web site, if the box doesn’t meet your expectations upon receipt, notify us and ship it back within 7 days of receiving it. Upon our receipt and inspection of the item to determine that it’s in the same condition as when we sent it, we will refund the amount you paid us.
If an item arrives to you damaged, save all packing materials, as they will be needed in case an insurance claim is necessary. Notify us immediately, and we will work out the steps to take depending on the situation.

Our privacy policy is quite simple.
We do not collect any personal information except when needed for customer transactions. We do not give, rent or sell our customer information to anyone else, unless required by law to do so. We do not keep credit card information or personal information on the web site.
We may contact you by email on an infrequent basis to show you a sampling of our latest items or let you know our festival schedule. You can opt out of such emails at any time by simply replying to the email and putting "unsubscribe" in the subject line.
We will request a phone number, but we will only use it as necessary to complete a transaction. We do not telemarket.
Otherwise, we will only contact you to answer questions and process orders.
